Cindy Dunham is a Winthrop native who has been training dogs
since 1984. Starting with a very special Golden Retriever,
Brandon, Cindy knew early on that she wanted to work with dogs.
In 1996 Cindy began teaching dog obedience to groups of
students for the Humane Society at the Gardiner Armory. Over
the years new classes and oppurtunities came along. Now
working in 3 differnt towns ,teaching adult ed classes, private
counseling, group classes in obedience, agility and behavior
specific training, Cindy still enjoys handling dogs. Cindy and her
dogs are currently competing in AKC obedience trials, training for
agility trials and learning and teaching for future Rally O trials.
